Practice 24 - Cultivate Empowering Beliefs


I found these three statements very powerful in creating a positive perspective shift.

I have can include everything to be grateful for. I am can include all the qualities that we love and appreciate about ourselves. And I can is an attitude of possibility.

Our beliefs shape our experiences. I invite you to become more aware of anything that is creating unease in your life, and notice if there is a belief that you are harboring that is causing the unease. And mindfully create a perspective shift so you can reshape your beliefs to add ease 💕

Practice 22 - Take Help


There is nothing wrong in asking for help when we need it. Infact it is a sign of self love and self respect.

Become mindful of how easy or difficult it is for you to ask for help. Ask yourself what's coming in your way to be more open about your needs? May be there are some deep seated beliefs that are not serving you. Some reflection into this can help you become more open to asking for help when you need it.

Practice 21 - Growth focus


It might sound difficult but a simple change in perspective, can help us deal with even the toughest of situations.


When facing a difficult situation, just the act of acknowledging that you are uncomfortable, makes it easy to stay with the situation. Once you find yourself being able to stay with the difficult emotions that come with being in an uncomfortable spot, ask yourself how you can grow through it.
